Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

 

We ensure that all our products are delivered with great quality and standard.. Our customers are our top priority. Each batch undergoes rigorous monitoring from the selection of raw materials to the final products. There is no doubt regarding the spoilage or expiration of  item we deliver. Wetx-zero is best enjoyed within 5 years of their manufacturing date.

Incase if you receive any spoiled item then please follow our return and refund policy.

Return 

We have a 2 to 3 hours return policy, which means you have 3 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within same day.

However, if Peda and Srikhand are spoiled or delivered on their expiration date, they can be returned immediately upon delivery. The expiration date is clearly marked on the front of the Peda and Srikhand packaging.

For burgers and other food items, we guarantee freshness, and they should be consumed within a few hours of receipt. We kindly ask our customers not to accept any item that is unsealed. Our burgers also have an expiration time indicated on the front of their packaging.

 

Refunds

Our items are food Items which is perishable. For any complaint or return request, Customers are requested to inform us as soon as you receive the package and open it within hour of receipt.  It is best if customer inspect the sealed box, open the package and observe the item properly. If it is not according to the order given, it should be returned to the delivery person at the same time. But if you find item not as per your order, please inform us within two hours of receipt, otherwise we will not be able to process for  refund.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 to 6 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We prioritize freshness! Peda and Srikhand are delivered within hours of your order to ensure quality. Burgers and other fast food will arrive even faster, within one hour.

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Maa Techniques, 6 Amee Park Bunglows, Vibhusha Society road, Kabir Enclave Road, Bopal-Ghuma road, Ghuma, Ahmedabad-380058.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
