Waterproofing Floor, Bathroom floor, Outer wall, Terrace etc.
Use a suitable quantity of Sand-Cement ( 3 parts fine sand, 1 part Cement ) for making slurry with 750 gms Wetx-Zero + sufficient quantity of water to make roughly 1 to 2 mm thick layer of Mortar that can cover roughly 100 square feet of Area. About 30 Kgs of Portland Cement and 90 Kgs of find sand may be used.
Let it dry. After drying the slurry coat, apply Plaster ( 1 Part Cement, 3 parts fine Sand ) with 750 Gms of Wetx-Zero into sufficient water. The plaster should be about 12 mm and the quantity that covers 100 square feet of area. About 50 Kgs. of Portland Cement and 150 Kgs. of fine sand be used.
For Waterproofing Swimming Pools, Water Tanks, and Bathrooms.
To make the cement slurry, mix 1 part cement with 3 parts sand. Then, add 1 kg of Wetx-Zero and enough water to the mix, and shake it well. You’ll need about 30 kilograms of cement to cover an area of around 100 square feet, with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm.
Let the first coat dry completely. After that, apply another coat of the same mixture of cement, Wetx-Zero, and water. For this coat, use about 30 kg of cement and 90 kg of fine sand along with 1 kg of Wetx-Zero and enough water.
Once this second coat is dry, you can move on to applying the plaster. For the plaster, mix 1 part cement with 3 parts fine sand, adding 1 kg of Wetx-Zero and enough water. The plaster should be about 25 mm thick and will cover the same 100 square feet. You’ll need around 100 kg of cement for this area.
For repairing Concrete Road, Pavements, Slab and new construction:
To create a concrete mixture using Wetx-Zero, you’ll want to mix 1.5 kilograms of Wetx-Zero for every 50 kilograms of Portland Cement in your concrete mix, which includes grit, gravel, and sand. Begin by combining the specified amount of Wetx-Zero with water. Once that’s thoroughly mixed, add it to your concrete mixture. Make sure to blend the Wetx-Zero and water mixture well with the cement concrete mix. After that, mold the new concrete alongside the existing concrete, smoothing it out as you go, and then let it dry. This method will help ensure the new concrete bonds effectively with the old.
When repairing roads, pavements, or slabs, make sure to clean the entire area you’re fixing as well as the surrounding concrete. Use water to thoroughly wash away any oils or grease before you begin repairs.
For New RCC construction for Beam, Pillar, Slab etc..
To achieve the best results, use 500 grams of Wetx-Zero for every 50 kg of Portland Cement in your concrete mix. Start by mixing the recommended amount of Wetx-Zero with water before combining it with the cement. After achieving a uniform solution, thoroughly incorporate it into the cement concrete mixture. Proceed to cast the mixture as required and allow it to cure for the necessary time. Once cured, you should expect a smooth surface, likely free of even the smallest cracks.
For preventing leakage and filling cracks in some specified area in home.
First, clean the surface, no oil or grease particles should remain on the affected area. Try to open cracks or tile joints at a somewhat level with appropriate tools so that cement slurry penetrates deep enough to make a good barrier. Then clean the area one more time and wet it completely with water. Let the water be absorbed in the affected area and also the surrounding area to some limit.
Mix 1 Kg of Portland Cement with about 3 Kg of fine sand very well. Then, in sufficient quantity of water, mix 50 grams of Wetx-Zero thoroughly and mix in the Cement-sand mixture. Make some kind of liquified slurry from half of the quantity and apply it to the affected area with a brush or a plastic broom. Let it dry and then apply two more coats the same way. After drying all coats, apply the remaining quantity of thick slurry on all of the treated areas. Let it dry. You are free from leakage from that area.

Begin by dissolving 250 grams of Wetx-Zero in enough water. Next, incorporate 1 kilogram of putty powder into the solution, mixing thoroughly with the right tool to ensure proper blending.
